All business models, in all sectors and industries, are affected by the extensive and comprehensive digitalization of work concepts and processes. Progressive automation and an increasing pace of development demand the implementation of new processes, work scenarios and interlinked networking systems. As a matter of course, this change also implies a fundamental change of demands on and challenges for leadership. Traditional management concepts neither apply nor work anymore.
